1. Order Placement

• Orders are accepted subject to availability of ingredients and delivery service.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact information.
• Orders become confirmed only after successful verification and confirmation from our team.

2. Quotation & Pricing

• Prices displayed are subject to change without prior notice.
• Custom menu quotations may vary depending on quantity, ingredients, and delivery location.
• Taxes, packaging charges and delivery charges (if applicable) will be shown before payment.

3. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required to confirm an order.
• Remaining payment, if applicable, must be completed before dispatch.
• Orders with pending payment may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery timings are estimated and may vary due to weather, traffic, festivals or unforeseen circumstances.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.

5. Order Modification & Cancellation

• Order modifications are allowed only before food preparation begins.
• Once preparation has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
• Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

6. Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only in eligible situations approved by management.
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
• Convenience charges and payment gateway charges may be non-refundable.

7. Food Quality

• All meals are prepared using fresh ingredients following hygienic food safety standards.
• Customers are advised to consume food immediately after delivery.
• We are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage after delivery.

8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Please inform us of any allergies before placing an order.
• Although precautions are taken, cross-contamination cannot be completely guaranteed.

9. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate delivery details.
• Maintain respectful communication with delivery personnel and staff.
• Ensure timely acceptance of delivered orders.

10. Limitation of Liability

• BabuMosshaii shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions or other force majeure events.
• Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total value of the customer's order.

11. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for processing orders, communication, payment verification and service improvement. Personal information will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties.

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, trademarks, images, menus and content displayed on this website are the exclusive property of BabuMosshaii and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
